How long will my repair take?
Our turnaround times are designed to get you back on the road as quickly as possible:
-
Minor repairs (e.g., small bumper damage): typically 1–2 days
-
Standard repairs: average 3–4 days
-
Minor collision repairs: approximately 7–14 days
Because we work by appointment only, your vehicle is worked on promptly once it arrives. While the industry often experiences delays due to parts availability, we do our best to order all parts the same day your vehicle is checked in to minimize wait times.

Can I get an in-person estimate?
All estimates start online for your convenience. If our technician determines an in-person evaluation is needed, we’ll schedule a time for you to bring the vehicle in.
Our estimates are highly accurate because we use three advanced automotive estimating software systems that provide:
-
Detailed diagrams
-
Part numbers
-
Manufacturer repair procedures
This ensures we account for hidden components and prevents surprise costs for extra parts or labor.

Do you paint whole cars?
No. At this time, we do not offer full vehicle resprays. We specialize in localized repairs such as SMART repairs, scratch & dent fixes, and panel refinishing.

When will I receive my estimate?
We aim to provide estimates within 24 hours or less. In some cases, it can take up to 72 hours due to:
-
Researching parts
-
Confirming part numbers with dealerships
-
Comparing part prices
-
Managing high volumes of estimate requests

What happens after I receive my estimate?
Once you’ve reviewed your estimate, simply approve it and it will convert into a work order in our system. A technician will then contact you to:
-
Schedule your drop-off date
-
Answer any questions about repair time or the process
If you have questions before approving, please reach out by text, email, or phone.

How long is my estimate valid?
All estimates are valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. If you need an insurance quote:
-
Indicate this on the estimate request form.
-
Provide your claim number and/or your adjuster’s contact email.
We’ll prepare the estimate in the insurance company’s preferred format and send it to both the insurer and you.

How much can I save on my deductible?
Savings depend on the repair type and your insurance provider’s flexibility. In most minor collision repairs, customers save up to $500 on their deductible.
In some cases, savings are even greater—in 2025, we saved one customer their full $1,000 deductible, resulting in a completely free repair. These situations are case-by-case.

When do I pay for my repairs?
Out-of-pocket repairs:
-
Under $1,500: payment due upon completion
-
Over $1,500: 50% due at drop-off, balance due at pick-up (we provide an invoice showing all payments and the remaining balance)
Insurance repairs:
-
Pay your deductible (if any) at drop-off
-
We work directly with your insurance company to process the claim and receive payment
-
If the insurer sends the check to you, it must be provided at drop-off so it can clear before parts are purchased
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, credit cards, and debit cards.
